Are you interested in digitalisation and its impact on programming, curatorial practice and audience engagement in the cultural sector? Join us on Wednesday, July 24 to explore how cultural institutions can develop an agile mindset to make the most out of this opportunity. Click here to register a free place.

We’ll introduce a toolkit to help you create a culture of experimentation and collaboration across different departments in your organisation. You’ll also hear from speakers who’ve used agile principles in their institutions. The workshop is led by Dr. Abhay Adhikari and Coralie Moore. It will be held in English with bilingual facilitators. This workshop is part of DigiTrans – a programme to explore new digital literacies for the cultural sector, funded by the Beisheim Stiftung. Your participation and feedback will help us develop the toolkit before it’s publicly released later this year.

The guest speakers are:

Jasmin Vogel – Dortmunder U, Dortmund & Daniel Neugebauer – Haus der Kulturen der Welt (Berlin)
Dr Martina Taubenberger – Whitebox, Munich
Michal Čudrnák – Slovak National Gallery, Bratislava
