What is Developing Superheroes?
Developing Superheroes is a workshop series that promotes self-awareness in different contexts. This includes behavior management, building confidence, creative thinking, expressing ideas, sharing problems and developing empathy.
Why is it unique?
Through engaging content and innovative use of ICT, the workshops transform the above soft skills into tangible concepts that can be easily grasped by children of all ages. This approach also enables teachers to use simple techniques in the class room to meet SEAL and PLTS guidelines.
Who is it for?
The workshops are suitable for primary and secondary school children. Training programmes are also available for CPD for school teachers and PGCE teacher trainees.
A successful track record
Developing Superheroes workshops have been delivered in schools and to teacher trainees in Japan and the UK. In both countries they have been very well received by students and teachers alike.
